Stewartville is a city in Olmsted County in southeastern Minnesota.

Stewartville was founded in the 1850s by Charles Stewart, and named for him. A post office has been in operation at Stewartville since 1858.

During the National Bank Note Era the population of Stewartville was 830 in 1900, 793 in 1930 and as of 2010 it is 5,916.
