Early History
The Bank's early history can be traced back to the small private bank established by J. H. Sellers, who came to Wellston in 1886.[1]
Bank History
George C. Sellers, the nephew of founder J.H. Sellers served as president of the bank until the end of the National era. As of 1991, the Sellers family were still major stockholders of the institution.[1]
In 2014, the bank merged with Peoples Bank, National Association.[2]
