Mr. Taylor organized the First National Bank of Greens Fork in 1904 and was elected cashier, serving for one year. He also helped organize the First National Bank of Williamsburg and the First National Bank of Dublin and was a director of both banks. In June 1905, he was made cashier of the First National Bank of Richmond at the retirement of Charles Du Hadway. He was at one time one of the incorporators of the Seidel Buggy Company and also served for a time as vice president of the Richmond Baking Company.[7]

Stoner would manage the Hagerstown branch while Paul J. Austerman would manage the Greensfork branch.
