Depicts the façade of the Gothic Revival-style building designed by Benjamin Latrobe for the Philadelphia Bank. Built in 1808 at Fourth & Chestnut Streets, Southwest corner, the brick and stone building was enclosed by a low wall and an iron railing. It was demolished in 1836, to make room for the marble building of the Philadelphia and Western Banks.
